Grimefighter

I see others have had the same problems. I purchased Grimefighter and it would not run in its Linux mode.
Technical support advised me to buy Total Support fort £129.99. Two engineers spent over 1 hour each trying to solve the problem and decided the fault lay with Grimefighter. Nothing wrong with my PC which I have kept running myself for over 5 years!
Because the engineers worked on my PC I cannot get a refund on Total Support.
That cannot be right so can anyone help me out here?
