I have recently purchased the product GrimeFighter from you. I have
been trying to access my subscription management so that it is
automatically renewed every year, but the message that I have to
insert a valid e-mail address appears. The address that I insert, as
you can see on thePDF file that I send you, is the same which was used
in the product purchase.
