I have my PC set up for the Grimefighter to switch on evry week on a particular day and time, and so far it has worked a treat. Today it started off OK but then froze. I shut down the PC and re-booted. The sedation phase of the programme started off very well, and just as it was finishing, a message came through announcing it had encountered a problem and to visit the support.avast.com site. Up to yesterday when I performed a Quick Scan + clearance of the grime, everything seemed to be OK. Grateful for advice. Thanks - Francis
You may want to request a refund. You can do it @ support.avast.com. Click on “Submit a Support Ticket”.
I tried installing grime fighter yesterday. Everything seemed to go fine as well but then it just froze, isn’t doing anything and has been like that for hours and hours! I can not get thru either to get help with this or to submit a ticket!
