Hi, I bought grimefighters few days ago.
I obtained the license and all this things but I can’t use this software.
When I click on “Optimize My PC”, GrimeFighters asks me to restart my computer but when It is switched off It shows me a black screen for about five hour.
I already asked on the email-support but anyone answer me

A vast said I needed to optimize my pc, I ran grimefighter, it is now stuck in a continuous loop. Grimefighter reboots and then starts again. I have raised a ticket. But as yet no response, I will leave it until tomorrow as I only raised the ticket a couple of hours ago. Has anyonne else suffered the same problems?
If so, is the any easy way out?
