I purchased a GrimeFighter, began to optimize my PC.
However, it will not be able to use the product on my problem of Internet connection in the PC.
I tried several times but it did not work, so I would like to order a refund.
Information when I purchased is as follows.

Refund reason : Unable to use the product due to internet
connection issue.
Please to refund only Avast GrimeFighter.

Could you please give me some further details about the problem you are having with the software,
or the reason for the refund request,

My problem is, GrimeFighter does not to support PPPoE authentication that is required to connect to the internet.
Because of this, GrimeFighter does not work saying the internet connection is needed.
I checked my router’s function and unfortunately it does not support hardware-based authentication.
Connection itself is via wire, not wireless.
This is the problem I have, and the reason of my refund request.
