so. i type it into Filezilla. and tada. nice little list of viruses on a ftp site somewhere in china.
can anybody help me remove this infection or know anything about what it does?
uploaded pipi_dae_576.exe to VirusTotal, and it resturnd 2/ 42 (4.8%)
they went thru all the effort to hack into my pc to download some malware???
Probably infected by a trojan horse,backdoor etc.

Unfortunatley you probably now have a RaT or whatever the immature little kid put on there. You’re probably safe because it’s most likely a 12 year old following a Youtube tutorial on how to ‘Hack Runescape accounts’. Alot of these keyboard warriors suprisingly don’t go for bank details as they think that it will ‘get them in trouble’. Just run a malwarebytes scan like the post above me described and wait for it.
Basically, if they were looking for bank details, they woulden’t be as subtle as a drill.
Sounds like a RAT for sure or (Remote access tool) sounds like he did not make the RAT correctly, so It can easily be removed with Malwarebytes.Also I agree with the others he may have not been a “real” hacker just someone following a tut on how to do it. If he was serious he would encrypt it to make sure it avoids AV detection. So please just use Malwarebytes to fix this problem 8). I was a ex hacker:D
