An Irish Blessing To All
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand
Funny thing about St. Paddy’s, I work with a woman from Ireland who not only can’t stand the sight of corned beef, but says its hard to find “back home”.
Its a very unique product. No matter which end of the 6 pack you start with the last bottle is always the best. I think it has something to do with leprechaun magic.
Irish Coffee
1 shot Irish Whiskey
1 tbsp Sugar
6 oz. Coffee
Whipped Cream to garnish
Using a stemmed glass (or a mug if you wish) add whiskey. Then, add the sugar and stir in the coffee. Put your whipped cream on top. Do not stir. Drink through the cream.
