Hardware-assisted virtualization and Virtual Machine(s)

My hardware-assisted virtualization is always disabled because I use virtual machines such as Oracle VirtualBox and BlueStacks. Recently despite the hardware-assisted virtualization being disabled, I’m unable to open both those applications. I’ve tried enabling and then disabling it, restarting my pc multiple times and the problem still persists.

There is a fix for conflict with VirtualBox in beta version 22.6
