For over a week now my Avast has been blocking my own website ( www.conference-interpreters.ca ), saying it is infected with Infekce zablokována.
I ran the site through several online Virus/Malware checks including http://sitecheck.sucuri.net and there were no issues.
I them asked my hosting company to check the site, and they said there were not issues and that it was likely a false
positive and gave me a link to report it to Avast (which I have done). I have also reported the false positive in the pop-up link
several times and it says it will be looked at during the next update.
It has now been a week and is still showing up. I also asked my Hosting provider to transfer our site to a new IP (I’m using shared hosting) -they did this a couple of days ago.
We use this site for our PPC campaign -so anyone using Avast will not be seeing our website and is also costing us money.
Does anyone have some ideas.

It is not an IP block; the initial “False Positive” was at a different IP (173.237.137.120), I had thought it might be the case so I asked for a switch to a new IP --143.95.128.115 --with the same result --site is still being blocked. I have a number of language sites throughout this servers without issues. This site is based on a Template called Amaze -I have found others and they are not blocked -so I don’t see a coding string causing the issue either.
The DNS errors is nothing more than no Mail Exchanger.
A check here http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.conference-interpreters.ca shows no Malware, blacklists, etc.
I have put in a FP Report, but this will not be the first report.
My reason for posting here is to find out if others are having this issue and find out why? (and to obviously get it fixed).

You should get an explanation for the blocking from an avast! team member.
When not an IP block or a hosting issue, we just have to hear from them.
I am just into this as a forum volunteer and for the good of my soul . Have some relevant info,
but not aware what is at the culprit of this detection, where all scanning seems to come up clean,
