hbpix file (no extension) autodownloaded using chrome

Hi,

This file, hbpix (no extension) autodownloaded using chrome, the scan with Avast said no threat was found.
If a file autodownloads from chrome, does Avast scan it, before it autodownloads?

Did this happen to someone else?

All in/out traffic is monitored by avast

Suspicious files can be uploaded and tested here: www.virustotal.com / www.metadefender.com / www.jotti.org

Seems to be ad related.
People who have a decent ad-blocker installed don’t seem to get that file.

When the hbpix file autodownloaded, I deleted it, and empty the recycle bin. Then from the download history, copy the url where the hbpix come from, and scan it on VirusTotal.com:

No virus was detected
Also as suggested by Pondus (using the hash):

No threat found

For that file, that was not detected as virus, is it safe to delete it and emptying the recycle bin?
