My question to Avast is that I have a problem I have installed an app which caused major issues on my android phone it freezes and I want to start using your service is it possible that when I start paying for your service will my phone start working normal again ?

I can not install Avast One App on my mobile.
When I go to Google Play and try to install App come next message:
‘‘This item is not available in your country’’ :‘( :’(
