Help and solve this error!!!

i uninstalled avast! Free Antivirus but i tried to install avast! Premier but when i tried it, it gives me an error:
An error (000003EE) has occured.
Last performed operation was:
opening the self-extract archive

Try to download file again.
If you use Internet Explorer, clear it’s cache before downloading:
Start-> Control Panel-> Internet Options and Deleting Temporary Internet Files

But i wasn’t using Internet Explorer, i’m using Google Chrome, please help me!

Redownload the installer and try again: http://files.avast.com/iavs5x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup.exe

it’s still no luck, my avast! Sandbox analyze avast!

A clean re-install may work

Lets reinstall Avast

Download Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
Download the correct version of Avast
Avast Free
Avast Pro
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier
Disconnect from the net
Uninstall Avast via control panel

[]Run aswClear
[]It will offer to reboot to safe mode … Accept that

[*]Once it has rebooted to safe mode
[*]In the Select Product to Uninstall dropdown choose the version of Avast that is on your system.
[*]Press Uninstall
[*]Once complete reboot your system to Normal Mode
[*]Reinstall Avast
