I downloaded the free version about 3 years ago but yesterday I bought the Pro version as it said it did lots more and I’ve been having a lot of problems with my pc recently. Although it shows my license online as ending in 2019 (I took the 2 year one out) it’s telling me in my Avast settings/subscription that it ends in 28 days.
I’m not happy with the Pro version as it doesn’t really do much more than the free version and so I want to get my money back and cancel the subscription under the 30 day money back guarantee. The problem is, I can’t find anything anywhere that tells me how to do it. I even rang the phone number and all it said was to go to www.avast.com/support and submit a ticket… I can’t find anywhere to submit one, not even in the support search! Can anyone please help?
