??? Please help somebody.
I just bought avast and installed it to my laptop. When i want to update virus database, it comes the message with:
Cannot connect to download696.avast.com (174.133.38.42:80).
What should i do?

what do you mean by registry key? is it same as license key? if license key. Yes i did put successfully.
the firewall is from windows. And i turned it off while i tried to update database. but still not success.
apparently, i just manually enter this link from mozilla : http://www.avast.com/eng/updates.html and now trying to download the virus database manually. hoping this will be success.
my question is: why when i try to update virus database from avast program directly, it failed?
