Help getting a response from Avast Support

I submitted a query on the support site over a month ago and have not had anything other than an automated response!

“RE: Help is on its way. ( Ticket ID: [#806345] )” - I think the help may have got lost on route.

If there is any other way of getting some help please let me know.
