I am trying to delete avast antivirus from my computer but have accidentaly deleted the tool for deleting it!! I cant reinstall antivirus and when i try to open it there is an error message! I keep getting a message saying my antivirus is not working properly but I jst cant delete!! I have also installed another antivirus now. Please help!!

Im using avg now as I had to delete my security then I just put avg back on. Im not sure why.
Im now having problems because it is saying that avast selfdefender is enabled. Any idea how to sort this?? Ive tried but Im lost!!! ???
Boot into safe mode and run the uninstall utility from there.
