HELP: ieframe.dll error and unable to update Windows 7 OTL log

I am getting an error message when I open Internet Explorer 9 which say “ieframe.dll” followed by internet explorer cannot display this webpage. This happened yesterday when I ran malware bytes malware and it found 3 threats. It removed them, and now I cannot get online with other web browser. I tried resetting internet explorer with no luck. I tried to use Windows update feature it will not update. Please help!

Download and Install Combofix

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

[*]Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
[*]Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks

Notes:

  1. Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
  2. Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
  3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

Here is the log of the MBAM that found the threats and the log of the removal 2 days ago.

They are PUPs so they may have an effect on IE. Let me know how IE is behaving on completion of the fix runs
