i have no idea what the hell it is but i found out that that is it and i cannot find a scanner that will work since i do have this virus or w/e it is and it wont allow me to do it
can any one tell me how to get rid of it i need it gone fast because it isnt allowing me tor un a few programs i really now some one pleaaaaaase help

i dont know but i tried everything i tried manualy removing it i donno and i cannot download anything i mean nothing what so ever and i dont know what to do anymore i dont know if its a virus but one thing is for sure - i cant download anything, launch any program, everything freezes and everything is extremely slow and i really do not know what to do anymore i really want this thing out

o btw - i just noticed a thing in my D drive there the Revovery thing witht he lock on it then theres another thing in there called “USER” is that supposed to be there or does it have something to do with this?
Also in my C drive i noticed something differnt called MSDOS and its a system file…is this supposed to be there?

maybe this will help i rememer getting it before but i didnt take action of it i tried to delete it but that pbviously didnthelp maybe this is the problem
k just deleted it and i got the exact same message again… except this one was

Try a boot time scan with avast! Right click the scanner screen, select ‘schedule a boot time scan’ and reboot when requested.
If that doesn’t work, it looks like you have a recovery partition on your computer, while would allow you to restore it to factory settings (although you’d lose all your data.)
means i have to start the avast first right… only problem with that is i cannot start avast… it goes to the memory testing i even wait but it just wont start up… i guess im gonna have to get my recovery disks out again…
Run ashSimpl.exe or ashSimp2.exe from avast folder.
Can you see a TDSS driver, if you follow these instructions?
