yesterday i visited my friends place to catch up with his highly infected pc help needed from u people now…
his pc is way too infected the language has changed to some japanese language he had norton 2011
it is just impossible to do anything the trojan downloader on his pc constantly downloads malware and porn on his pc fake alerts all over the place impossible to access any program and there some sort of japanese song going on constantly as soon as the pc starts…PLS HELP!!!even in safe mode it is impossible to handle the pc…cant download any antimalware software if i use any removal media to do so the usb gets infected!!!

Once you have read it over and run the tools requested there, post the resulting logs back in this thread as attachments and wait for him to read them over and request what to do next.

If even safe mode is unworkable, I would say the next step is a rescue disc, most often Dr. Web is recommended.
But just to be certain, wait for essexboy’s suggested course of action. The worse the infection, the more damage attempting to clean it can cause, you do not want to go from what you have (a nasty infection) to something worse (a brick).
hello,thats not my laptop its my friends laptop my laptop is clean and protected by avast! i dont use any shit like norton morever i have promised my friend that i will fix his laptop my the end of this week…i am a indian basically so its morning 10:15 for me now …thanks for ur advice.
