Help - network connection disappears

Starts off ok…see first picture…then after a few days it changes to the 2nd image…WHY???

Can I get some help???

  • Which version of Avast Premier…?
  • OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
  • Other security related software installed…?
  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

Avast Premier 18.6.2349
Windows 10 home 64 bit
Malwarebytes 3.5.1.2522

I have always used Avast.

I find it difficult to believe nobody else has come across this issue before?

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
