yesterday i already sent a similar request but i don’t find it any more … may be i did something wrong.
My avast! blocks the download of vlc media player and I could not think of another solution than retry and retry … but no way. - So what can i do if i want to download it (the file is not infected anyway, it is a serious source).

It was the very site of www.vlc.de and it was obviously a red rag to avast!. So thanks a lot for your help, you both, I 've got it now
