I would like a little assistance please, My supplier with Internet is AOL. When I install Avast and that I launch AOL, that blocks my accés with Internet. I would like to know how can I make to authorize AOL with by fire of avast. Thank you!

What is your firewall?
Does it allow internet access for ashWebSv.exe (the Web Shield provider)?
All the programs are into normal, and I even to test by desactivant all the programs, therefore in avast “Protection off” and AOL say to me that there is one by fire which blocks me my accés: / . I have also Mc Afee Personnal + How by fire, with that I makes him accept the AOL program And Avast. On the level of McAfee there is no problem to connect me. I think that there is true a incompatibiliter Between Aol9.0 and Avast, but of aprés some source that goes with the Net surfers of finally short AOL I have really concern
