HELP, possible VIRUS!!!

Hello
I have Avast and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. My computer has been acting really strange this couple of months. Sometimes I can be using it and the screen turns black or blue all of a sudden and the only thing I can do to turned it off is by keeping pressed the on/off button, and it freeze a lot. When I ran the Malwarebytes it found like 12-15 viruses in 2 different occasions. Even though I delete them my computer keeps with the same problems. I don’t know if is a virus or just that I need to replace my computer??? I hope that you can help me!!! I really need my computer!

Please attach your logs. (AdwCleaner, MBAM, OTL and aswMBR…!!)

if you let antimalware programs remove files without knowing what it is removing, that might explain why your computer is malfunctioning… the antimalware programs might have removed some legitimate files which shouldn’t have been removed…

both the “avast” program and the MBAM program are set to automatically remove files that they flag, and it is not unusual for the programs to flag legitimate files which shouldn’t be removed…

you need to adjust the settings in both program so that they don’t automatically remove the files that they flag…

if you are having computer problems, you don’t necessarily need to buy a new computer… if you have a windows installation cd, you can reinstall “windows”, to resolve all of the problems that you are having…

also, i wouldn’t recommend running both the “avast” program and the “MBAM” program together, in realtime… the reason is because they both filter internet-traffic… i wouldn’t want to have two programs running that both were filtering internet-traffic at the same time…

When was the last time you removed dust from inside the pc-case?

En what is the exact error code on the BSOD?

Malwarebytes does not auto remove files unless you have PRO version … and then you find them in quarantine
Malwarebytes are extremly low on FP and they are fixed ASP
and it does not target system files…

pondus, i don’t question that both “avast” and “malwarebytes” do good work, however i do think that it was a bad idea to have the default settings for the programs set to automatically delete files when they are flagged…

as said… Malwarebytes does not have auto quarantine setting unless you have PRO version

when you do a manual scan with Malwarebytes it will show what is detected … then you have to click remove selected to make it remove what it found. and in same picture you have the option to un tic files marked for removal

Dont know if this is what u needed??? Please let me know!!! Thanks
