I’ve installed the app some time ago. At the time there was no emergency phone number. It was a couple of months ago. Recently I was trying to open it and… I cant remeber my PIN.
Is there any way to uninstall it or to get new PIN? Sadly I havent created profile on your page.
And so - without any clue what to do I’m asking for your help. And yes I’m an idiot 
My platform is android, without root.
You can uninstall it and install it again.

what patrice said. If you uninstall Mobile Security AND Anti-Theft (if you installed it in the first place) then it shouldn’t ask for the PIN after reinstall.

I was trying to uninstall it but its not working. To be more precise - it worked with avast mobile but not with antytheft app…

did you remove the Anti-Theft app from device administrators? It’s inside Security in you device Settings.
