Help removing malware from my system?

Hi guys I was hoping to get some help removing some stubborn malware from my system.

I’ve completed the prescribed steps from the sticky topic and attached the log files to this post.

Hello nigel57. According to FRST logs your system is now clean. Do you still experience problems after Malwarebytes scan?

Hi Sass, thanks for the reply! Yes after running the MalwareBytes scan I was able to quarantine a large number of suspicious files but the system is still running very slowly. I was hoping that maybe a deeper clean of the system could remove any more stubborn malware and speed up the system - although maybe the machine just needs more memory? (running Windows 10 with just 4G of RAM currently)
