I just ran a full scan and its said i have Rootkit with a high threat detected in my Lenovo rescue and recovery program files.
Im not very computer litertate but i have
Windows XP Professional 2002 running on an old Lenovo dinosaur Intel Core Duo CPU
T8100 @ 2.10 GHz
2.09GHz, 1.99GB of RAM
or at least thats what it says on my system properties.
can anyone please help me?

this sounds like a false positive 
We do not know if it is a false positive or not until we see logs.

Follow the directions of obtaining an MBAM log (make sure you update MBAM first) and the OTL logs (save them as ANSI), and aswMBR log. Post the logs as an attachment (Additional Options > Attach > Post).
