Help. Unwanted Payments.

Hi there.

I was recently (08/10/2017) charged for two transactions which I did not request. I have tried going through the ticket system and I realise it is probably a problem with Auto-renewal. I just need to know how to get a refund as I have no confirmation of these transactions on my bank statement, no Order ID, no evidence of licenses on my Avast account and no confirmation email from Avast itself as to what these charges are for.

I am very confused and slightly annoyed. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you haven’t done so already, you need to submit a ticket.
If you have done it, have patience and avast or the payment processing company will handle it.

What part of “create a ticket” or “contact the payment processing company” is it you don’t understand ?

All of it. What part of “I tried to create a ticket but you need an Order ID” do you not understand?

I have NO Order ID.

Why would I bother contacting Direct River Ireland. They are not gonna have a clue. It is Avast that have charged me and have no obvious way of getting a refund or cancelling auto renewal.

The only one who doesn’t have a clue is you.
As Digital River (NOT Direct River) is the payment processing company, they sure know about the things and all you have/had to do is contact them.
There is no order ID needed to do so.
