help with blackscreen before startup with cursor, no safemode,

I cant log into windows. I just get a cursor and the log in window never pops up. When I try to boot into safe mode it hangs on
aswrvts.sys or something similar.

Ive tried manually changing the registry for shell file to explorer.exe but everytime i reboot the registry shell file changes back to pointing to cmd.exe /k start cmd.exe instead of explorer.exe

I have a frst file attached below.

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Start FRST and press fix
On completion try a normal boot

I tried applying the fix to no avail. Here is the fixlog.

This will disable Avast but I do not believe it will cure the problem

Yeah it did not solve the problem. Upon booting into safe mode it now hangs on a different driver.
Do I have any more options at this point or would it be best to reformat my computer?
Does this seem to be a virus problem or did i just somehow corrupt my registry enough for my pc to no longer properly boot to windows
Ive included another frst file. Thank you very much for your time.

No I am afraid this is a know windows problem… At this stage a re-install is really the only way to go
