Help with Net-Worm Win 32 Mytob.t

Hello,
The other computer in my house is now infected with this worm.

After several attempts, I was able to do a boot time scan with Avast.
It is still there along with several icons to porn sites.

Windows XP Home SP 3 all updates
Avast! all updates
Malwarebytes…believe it’s up to date, unsure as it is not my own computer
Zone Alarm
CCleaner

Windows Firewall is the only thing that gave me the name of this worm.

This was downloaded sometime during the process:

AntiMalware
has a shield that looks like a legit Windows shield
it started scanning but did stop when I hit stop
small dialog box opened in the lower right corner when I tried to bring up Avast!
“network attack rejected from 20.140.8.128:29902”

I have shut down the computer until I know more about what I should be doing to get rid of it.
I could not get online before I shut it down.

hey i would recommend that you try a rescue disk. dr web cure it, avira, bitdefender.

download, burn any of this program to a empty cd from a clean computer. after that boot with the cd from the infected computer.
