Help with removing Bad PhysicalDrive0

My computer has been acting up for over a month i recently ran a Norton Power Eraser to remove some of the problems. I removed all of them except “PhysicalDrive0” which i tried to erase and upon removal during the restart to fully erase the problem i got the blue screen of death. Ever since then the only way i can run my computer is if its in safe mode. I also get a “msln program not found - skipping autocheck” before the blue screen. Help with these problems would greatly be appreciated.

System:
-Dell Studio 1737
-Vista

Hello,
Essexboy is notified, wait for his instructions as i don’t want to do anything in such a critical situation. Results of using Norton products,i hope this is a lesson for you  .

This is your main hard drive “PhysicalDrive0”

Dependant on which files you killed it may well be quicker to reformat your system… Power eraser is a very dangerous tool as it will delete whatever you tell it to - even vital windows files

Wow I feel like a idiot… So you suggest I get a external hard drive get all the files I need and then reformat… Or is their a easier way to do it?
Also what does it mean when it says “msln program not found-skipping auto check”

Even though this post is for XP, maybe? Disregard other posts in there as they may not apply to you. It says there that msln may be a disk checking program.

Without knowing what you deleted that would be the best option
