Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this virus

What OS do uo have? (windows …)
Where is the file located?
What is the file name (not the infection)
Am i right in saying its a .exe file?

Ok attacted below is a picture of what avast reports when a virus is found, this is information you will need to no:

Underlined in Blue is the virus.infection name (you already provided)

Underlined in Red is the file location (We need to know)

Underlined in green is the file name (we need to know)

Underlined in purple is the Avasts suggestion of what to do with the file (this could helpful to you)

Also you provided your OS which helps us help you aswell.

They are both in in temporary Internet folders, they are fine to delete with either avast or manualy yourself

Hmm, its anoying malware then.

I suggest downloading, updating then running these 2 good free programs, they are Ad-Aware
and spybot.
Also after that could you post a hijackthis log here so we can check your system is clean.
You can get hijackthis from here
When you open hijackthis select ‘do a system scan and save log file’ and copy and paste the results here.

You’re using Windows XP, so you can schedule a boot time scanning: Start avast! > Right click the skin > Schedule a boot-time scanning
Select for scanning archives.
Boot.
