Help! XP Total Security 2011 hijacked our computer

We have this virus on our windows xp laptop. We have scanned with rkill, OTC, spyware, super antispyware, and malware bytes in safe mode. It will not allow our Avast to open, it’s disabled as well as most other exe. programs.

What else can we do?

Thank you. We followed the link you posted and downloaded all of the tools onto a jump drive.

We think the problem is fixed but will check again tomorrow.
