i have no idea what to do

What windows system are you running?
Do you use Outlook Express?
Are you running any anti-spyware programs?
Do you use a firewall?

I don’t really understand your problem with F8; but to get into SafeMode, press F8 repeatedly after you power-on the pc, until a menu appears.
Then select SafeMode there

And, like Max suggested, you should generally secure your PC better, and run Ad-Aware and Spybot regularly:

Also disable ActiveX & scripting in InternetExplorer-Options, except for know, secure sites
