I’ve recently purchased avast antivirus pro and after install its failed to work after restarting windows
Seemed to revert back to trial version? As I was using a paid version not a trial.
To cut a long story short I contacted iyogi and they can’t fix the issue after looking at my pc twice.
I’ve sent 5 emails requesting a refund as avast just won’t work for me and I’m getting nowhere with regards to my refund :-[
I’ve since uninstalled the software and using something else…

What address did you use ?
The right one would be sales (at) avast (dot) com; you will need to give them information on the purchase, date, email address used, purchase/transaction reference, etc.
The stuff from the email you should have got from digital river (element 5), who handle the purchase process if you purchased through the avast.com web site.
