I was downloading the Doom 95 full game off the net that mcafee siteadvisor ranked as green and just as a precaution i ran it through virus total and this is what came up

Almost sure… generic detection of just one antimalware that is well-known by its aggressive detection (to show that it has a better detection than any other…).
