Edit: Do you live in a dorm (or large apartment complex) by chance? I only ask because given enough connections in the area, they can interfere with each other. This is likely related to a hardware (with your router) problem more than anything.
I don’t see anything malicous in FRST logs. Can your phone connect to home Wi-Fi?
