After I run a scan, I click on the details listed for your device which is my computer. Under Details/Services, it lists a bunch of numbers with unknown next to them. I want to know what the numbers mean. This has happened for the past few days.
I thought IP addresses would be something 216.134.xxx.xxx. Why are there so many listed? When it comes to something like this I have no idea. I’m just trying to understand it.
In this case, you were given the MAC address 9c:b7:0d:89:bf:73
with a listing of the IP addresses that couldn’t be identified. This doesn’t mean that you have a problem as the final analysis stated.
They all can be in use by legitimate applications/protocols, but also malicious activity can be using them.
With netstat you can see what protocol is used on what port as well as the local and the remote IP address.
I already ran Malwarebytes earlier and it didn’t find anything. I’m sorry I didn’t mention it. Should I still run Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR.exe?
