Trying to contact avast customer support for over a month now raised numerous tickets , no reply to any message various fake numbers answered by Asian gentlemen who want all details of finances etc. Is avast a trustworthy company or are they just taking every penny and not refunding when they should
Your problem is the numerous tickets.
Each time you create a new one you will be put back to the bottom of the stack and the waiting time starts from scratch. (FiFo system)
You just need to have patience after submitting a ticket.
