I purchased a combination of Premiere and Secureline and only Premiere is working. When I downloaded and installed the license for secureline it says license expired or secureline server has refused your license.
I set up a support ticket “Ticket ID: #EDJ-745-64601” over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back.
I like your product but your support is horrible. Navigating around my new avast account is also horrible.
I can’t find any reference in my account that shows I’ve even opened a ticket.
So that is why I came here, hopefully someone from support reads this message.
