So, I just had a horrible experience trying to get support for Secureline VPN.
I typed in the info required, like my name, order number and the issue.
My issue is, that Secureline VPN says it has an update, but I can’t find an option to update the program anywhere, so how am I supposed to update???
I have added a transcript, showing what was said in the support chat. The person from support clearly had no idea and made me think I was talking to a scammer.
The support person didn’t have the info I had entered in the required fields when I sought support. The support person didn’t know how my subscription worked.
So, how do I update Avast Secureline VPN on my PC, when the program doesn’t have an option to update???
