How can I cancel my subscription and refund? Is 30-day money-back guarantee is a scam?

Hello Everyone,

I accidentally subscribed to Avast SecureLine VPN - Windows for 1 device. I want to purchase the multi-device plan (for 10 device), besides I purchased that product too. But when I try to cancel my subscription on my Avast page and choose to unsubscribe, it says renewal cancelled. And the expiration date of the 1 device subscription is shown as 1 year later. I want my money subscription money back for that product. Think of it as a 30-day money back refund.
