Is there a way I can make programs elevate automatically in vista ultimate without shutting UAC off?
I some how doubt it, that is the whole purpose of limiting privileges and UAC to combat the damage that malware can do, if you could do it then so could they.
No, there isn’t… this will be a bypass of UAC…
You can test NUAC from Symantec…

You can start the program using Task Scheduler where you can set Run as administrator as an default option.
Especially useful for system apps that have to be started at system boot. Like CoreTemp, ATi Tray Tools/ATiTool etc
