I’ve already installed and uninstalled Avast, I’ve tried using the command prompt, I’ve asked Avast’s AI, I’ve restarted using the uninstallation tool, I don’t know what to do, I’ve completely forgotten my password, isn’t there any way to recover it? How can i reset my password (the one that you use to change settings).
This can’t be done from within the Avast Program or from outside or it would be possible to changes the settings or disable the avast protection.
You need to a clean reinstall after running the Avast Uninstall Tool from windows Safe mode.
You don’t say what Avast Program you are using as it is that offline installation file you would need after following the procedure below, which is related to Avast Antivirus Free.
Clean Reinstall
