I accidentally deleted the browsing history and cache using Avast Cleanup.
So I can’t log in to accounts for which I don’t remember the password.
I can restore registry and corrupted shortcuts, but I can’t find the browser cache.
Is there any solution or should I use a file recovery application?

we are really sorry about that but there is no backup created while cleaning up the browser or disk since then it would not work as a free up tool.
I would recommend you to use the recovery software to get it back.
