I had a download accelerator called Internet Download Manager. This has however expired. I believe I had 2 days left or something but anyway. What files do I delete to be able to use this again. I have removed it, Deleted the folder in program files. What else must I do?
This is the only one I liked. I have others like FlashGet, Mass Downloader, Free Download Manager. But half the time the downloads won’t even start, Downloads wrong link etc.

If you like it what is wrong with paying for it, especially if it is the only one you liked ???
I don’t think anyone is going to give advice on the official avast forum on how to possibly circumvent paying for a program after the end of the trial period.
If you use it a lot and it is ‘the perfect one’ as you say then the special price of $24.95 doesn’t seem so bad.
If you are averse to paying there are other download managers, which aren’t on your list, like Orbit. I’m using that it and it seems to do a good job.

A suggestion for an upcoming (early) present to your parents, a little but of buttering up, cup of tea and toast in bed on a weekend would probably go a long way ;D
