how can the support not reply in over 13 days to a support ticket.

as the title says.
I really wonder how company can avoid replying for over 13 days in row.
But funny when i create a new ticket aboute it, they close it after 16 hours.
I mean i am feeling i am getting forced to take legal action with a lawyer about this problem.

I have tryed being friendly and offensive.
To get a replay besides the auto email you sendt me after i made the ticket.
But as i wrote on the post.
I even made a support ticket more to point out there was no reply but it got closed after 16 hours.
With no reply yet again.

I normaly have had great support from Avast so i was kinda confused how or why this happen.
Anyways thx alot and i can only hope i get a reply and get the case done.

We work on a FIFO (first in, first out) system, and each time you send a new reply to your own ticket you are put back at the end of the queue. Basically your ticket is “new” from our system perspective every day.
The second ticket was “closed” as it was merged into the original one automatically, since it was detected as a duplicate ticket.
