How do I cancel free trial Driver Update?

I subscribed for 30 days free trial of Driver Update. I was looking for Bluetooth Drivers, but there was none. So I now wish to cancel before the 30 days is up and Avast will take a years payment. How do I do that as only payed for accounts show up on the list?

I’m here because I can’t get hold of ANY support, or find any way of talking to a human. I don’t even know if anyone will see this.

I am cancelling my Avast Driver Updater by March 21 2025 - it has completely f**** my mic, causing no end of inconvenience for the online class I take part im. I’m now having to attend the class on my phone, which is crap I can’t screen share or even see much of the screen. I also can no longer make Messenger video calls on my laptop, and my speakers are defaulted to mute every single tiem I start a You Tube clip. What a load of utter *%^&%& this app is. Buying it is the single biggest mistake of my year, all in the name of improving my laptop - it’s actually done the opposite.

I need to do a Revert before the cancellation. However, on the advice on how to revert to the previous version (of two sound drivers) - it shows this pop-up:
Under ‘Overview’ and ‘Scan again’ buttons, there should be a line that says : Having trouble after updating your drivers? Solve Now" (and that looks like a clickable link.)

I DON’T GET THAT LINE when I open that pop-up. Just taken round and round in circles. All the revert advise hinges on having that link, which I don’t seem to ha ve access to. I’m terrified of reaching the cancellation last day and still not being able to resolve that, then no longer able to.
Can anyone advise how to get out of this ridiculous lock-out?

I’m trying to cancel my Free 30 days period for Driver Update. All the subscription link does is show me invoice page and then wants my CC info filled in. There is No Cancel Subscription link as shown in the How-To help. I want to cancel this product order #ADP1586816586.
