How do I change the phone number that gets the password reset SMS

Hi, the phone that I set to receive the SMS messages for password reset reminders was my girlfriends work phone, which she has recently returned and now has a new number. I’m trying to root my phone and need to turn off Avast in order to do it but the pin I had set is not working. Is there any way to change the phone number that receives the reminder SMS messages?

Hi,

that is not possible without the PIN, sorry :frowning: You can uninstall Mobile Security and Anti-Theft though. You can remove Mobile Security via Google Play app. A guide on how to uninstall Anti-Theft can be found here on the forum, you just need to find the one that suits you.
