How do I check ticket status

I’ve submitted a ticket, but cannot find how to check its status.
Will I be emailed if there is a change?

Anyone else having problems with the support site?
9 times out of ten the login fails for no reason. And when I login to my.avast.com (works 10/10) I can’t find the support tickets menu.

That’s the URL thats giving the problems. Login almost always fails. Seems to be a timing problem.

No problems at all for me when I try to login.
Could be temporarly files need to be removed and then try to login.

Have same problem, can log in everywhere but the check your ticket support, were you claiming a refund per chance ?
