HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER ID

I cant find my order id anywhere and I cant find a phone number to call avast

What product did you purchase ?

You should have received an email relating to the purchase which also has the order ID in it ?
I can only assume that you didn’t get this ?

If so check your email services (and local) spam folder/filter.
The most common cause of non-receipt is a typo when giving the email address or a spam filter as mentioned.

  • Submit a support ticket https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales in your case select the Billing, payment, or license issues option - and then the I have a different billing or license issue and click Next and follow.
    Since you haven’t got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.

What is it that you need your order ID number for (we could direct you to a more appropriate link )?

Is the Order ID stored in the Avast Account as this appears to be about the Activation Code ?

If you do not immediately receive an order confirmation email, you can retrieve your activation code via the Avast Account that is linked to the email address you provided during the subscription purchase. For detailed instructions, refer to the following article:

That part of the article is about retrieving your activation code (if that was your actual reason for looking for the order id/confirmation email) - might be useful info for someone reading this post.

Unfortunately given the topic title, “HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER ID” and very limited one line post.
